It's kind of hard to see in this picture but all of our green beans have gone crazy. Either tomorrow or the next day we plan to can some. We got a rockin recipe from the farmers market for
spicy pickled green beans. Can't wait!Our garden. The kids have been an important part in planting and maintaining it!
Mylee was determined to win the ASL game today so she brought along her own chee
ring squad. However, when she got the vocabulary word 'bite' and decided to demonstrate the "sign" on Shea it didn't end well. She does know that her brother is a 2nd degree black belt, right?

ney and Maelin during all the craziness one might ask. They were in the bathtub of course. If you look carefully you can get a good look at one of the "bathtub toys" by Maelin's right leg. .....and yes its real.....and yes, "only in Mississippi." LOL
I am not exactly sure how but recess became a session of jumping on the trampoline with the sprinkler. Since they were wet
and chilled we decided to roll with the punches and warm up with tortilla soup for lunch with tortilla chips and cheese.
Last but not least, Shea made a list of inherited characteristics in health today. We all clasped our hands and recorded which thumb we put on top. All of us were left thumb on top except for Shea. So all you family out there....try it out. If you are a right thumb over left than you are like Shea! Anyway, great day but as you can see...a little on the strange side!
