Starting a new book today :)

 I had to sneak to the grocery store this morning to hit up some of the Kroger sales so it took a little recovery time when I got back.  Shea had decided that the tricycle was to be his permanent chair for the day....I let it slide but man that thing needs some oil! Squeak Squeak!

Maelin was more than happy listening to Alvin and The Chipmunks on the mp3 player and enjoying a lunchable that I picked up at the store for lunch this morning :)

Mylee still somehow managed to find time to talk to Nanny and place birthday orders...um she does realize her birthday is in July right?! LOL

Our new book to read aloud together.  I am very excited about this one!

After our snow day on monday, we seemed a little low in the motivation department.

So I pulled out the bag of motivation. LOL!  Will work for eggs.

Chicken noodle soup for lunch...Maelin took out the chicken and dipped it in A1 then ate the rest of the soup.

We ended the night with a fantastic blue and gold banquet!!

Oh no!  Shea is getting his totin chit and his fire chint.  Watch out!

Busy busy busy!

Spelling test...SpellingCity.com made some improvements to their site so we were playing with the new crossword game!

Liam came home with gold that came all the way from Texas with his "flat stanley" My parents did such a great job welcoming Flat Stanley to fort worth!

hahaha...Shea and Mylee are headed to piano lessons...this morning around 10. They then rode bikes to the library with Zachary and then back to the Kraus' to make pizza and play the wii....eventually they came home.  I'm pretty sure they had a great day!  Thanks _ _ _ _ _ _ Val. ;)

Wednesday already!

 Shea has been begging to ride his bike to the library and he finally got a bike lock from his Pappy for Christmas....which meant today was finally the day!  Bike on the porch and ready to go!

Taco Bell for lunch with Dad afterward....these tacos are for Liam.  He will definitely get mad if he hears about us eating Taco Bell without him!

Then in was back to work....some of us are a little harder at work than others in this picture. LOL

 Mylee and Shea are studying the movement or current of water.  Today Mylee observed a red ice cube melt and recorded the movement of the red water through the clear water.  It was rather entertaining!

 Maelin was very happy putting Dodi's doggie we were watching today in the play kitchen. Mylee said she was evil! Bwahahhaha! (evil laugh)

Now that we got new sided fences for Christmas, Hershey roams the yard and often takes a front row seat to Luv and Learning.  Hilarious!

 Shea and Mylee said that it was freezing this morning so they drug out giant blankets and hid under them while we read some of our "read aloud" story this morning!

I know you'd be disappointed if I didn't keep the lunch picture going!! haha.  A favorite today: chicken nuggets and mac and cheese. Yum!

And to top off the exciting first day back to school...Shea lost a tooth (which really means Kevin yanked it out)  Not only was a it a tooth...it was his last "shiny" (capped) tooth!  nothin but pearly whites now!  Thought the day would never come.
